Join us for Sacred Heart's annual Filipino Advent tradition known as Simbang Gabi on Tuesday, Dec. 18. The event will take place at the 12:10pm Mass followed by a light reception in the Agape Hall (downstairs, below the main church). Join us for this very special celebration.
La Luz de Cristo invites everyone to its Posada and Pastorela, December 15, starting at 9:30am, in the Fellowship Hall. The children of the prayer group will present a play representing Our Lord's birth. There will be a short reception following the event.
The Feast of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary is Saturday, December 8, and is a Holy Day of Obligation. There will be a Vigil Mass on December 7, at 7:00pm, but NO CONFESSIONS beforehand.
Be sure to stop by Bayview Manor on Saturday, November 16, when it hosts its Holiday Bazaar from 11:00am - 3:00pm. Bayview Manor is located at 11 W. Aloha Street, in Seattle. The bazaar will be located on the Terrace Level. Proceeds benefit Sacred Heart's food bank. It's a win-win for everybody!
This weekend, November 10-11, there will be an Open House at the Queen Anne Food Bank – A Ministry of Sacred Heart of Jesus after all the Masses. Come and join us for some refreshments, to tour the food bank, and meet the staff!
Come join YAMS for its All Saints Costume Party, Sunday, Oct. 21, after the 5:30pm Mass. The festivities will be in the Fellowship Hall. Prizes will be awarded for best costume! Feeling creative?
